General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern sales made on the TRAPA website, accessible at www.trapashop.com (hereinafter "the Site"). They define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products offered on the Site.
By placing an order on the Site, the customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions without reservation.

3. Products
3.1 Product characteristics
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Images and descriptions are not contractual.
3.2 Customized products
Customized products (including, but not limited to, specific texts, images or designs) are made according to the instructions provided by the customer when ordering. These products are made specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.
4. Orders
4.1 Order process
To place an order, the customer must:
- Select the desired products.
- Fill in the necessary information (name, address, etc.).
- Validate the payment.
The seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of suspected fraud or abuse.
4.2 Order modification
Orders for personalized products cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed.
5. Price and payment
5.1 Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC). Delivery costs are, unless otherwise indicated, added when confirming the order.
5.2 Payment
Payment is made via the methods offered on the Site. All orders are payable immediately.
In case of non-payment, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order.
6. Delivery
6.1 Deadlines
The delivery times indicated on the Site are given for information purposes only and may vary depending on product availability and destination.
6.2 Liability
The seller is not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g. customs, strikes, etc.).
7. Right of withdrawal
7.1 Standard (non-customized) products
In accordance with European legislation, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must send written notification (email or online form) and return the product in its original condition.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
7.2 Customized Products
Exception to the right of withdrawal:
Customized products, designed according to customer specifications, cannot be returned or exchanged (in accordance with Article 16(c) of European Directive 2011/83/EU).
8. Warranty and responsibilities
8.1 Legal guarantee
The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
8.2 Limitation of liability
The seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order. The seller cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the products.
9. Returns and exchanges
9.1 Return conditions
Returns are accepted only for standard products within 14 days.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns are processed in accordance with our Return Policy (for more information, see our return policy on the website).
9.2 Return costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error by the seller.
10. Personal data
The information collected during the order is necessary for order management and customer service. It is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
12. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the customer must contact customer service to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.
Failing this, any dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of the place of the seller's registered office, subject to the applicable legal provisions.
13. Modifications to the T&Cs
The seller reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in effect on the date of the order.
